Every great idea starts with a little spark—and this one began in my parents’ garage. Between the three of us, we tossed around ideas, names, and visions that would reflect not just a restaurant, but a feeling. Something intimate, a bit mysterious, and full of heart. I asked Siri how to say “secret” in Italian—and just like that, Segreto was born.

At its core, Segreto Di Stefania is about delivering a delicious experience—one that engages every sense. Think dim, classy, and a little playful. A space where design, flavor, and atmosphere come together to create something truly special.

Food has always been my love language. I draw inspiration from iconic dining spots like La Scarola in Chicago and Pieros in Las Vegas—places where every detail, from the flavors to the presentation, tells a story. That’s the energy I wanted to bring to Segreto: a passion for food, connection, and creating memories around the table.

Guests can expect a cool, relaxing, and elevated vibe, paired with incredible food, impeccable service, and cocktails that are every bit as thoughtful as the dishes themselves.
